First Class Master Degree in Library & Information Science or its equivalent from a recognised University/Institute with Bachelor Degree under 10+2+3 system. Knowledge in Computer applications in Library.
Desirable : Exp. in Open Source Software viz. familier with metadata harvesting, DSPACE,OMI/PH etc
